FRICTION HINGES
Friction hinges balance wind pressure, allowing the window sash to remain open at any position.
RESTRICTOR HINGE
Designed to enhance security by allowing the window to open only partially while still providing adequate ventilation. The sash can only be operated from the interior.

Blinds are located between the panes of glass, so they never require cleaning.
